January 2024: Just a podcast and a dream August 2025: A Kerala Innovation Festival Partner Proof that a small start can lead to a spotlight you never expected.

When we launched our podcast in January 2024, we had no idea where it would lead. Fast forward to August 2025, and the Kerala Startup Mission reached out to invite us (yes, us!) to the Kerala Innovation Festival. Suddenly, our “little show” was sharing the stage with some of the state’s most influential creators and founders.

At the festival, we ran three events:

1. A packed D2C workshop with nearly 100 participants
2. A hands-on session on building and launching your first online store, drawing a crowd of about 60
3. And an exclusive community meetup that felt like catching up with old friends.

Truth? I was nervous. The journey from having no audience to hosting rooms full of eager learners felt almost unreal. But those faces in the crowd, that hum of ideas, reminded me: If you keep showing up and growing, people take notice.. even before you realize it yourself.

That festival is a milestone I’ll never forget. We started small, stuck with it, and suddenly the world opened a new door.
