“How am I supposed to do this?” - pretty much my first thought when I got this task.
I had to build a WhatsApp automation chatbot from scratch. Never touched WhatsApp automation before. Just heard about some popular tools here and there. And honestly, I wasn’t sure if I could do it.
Funny part - I had the “technical ability” to figure it out. So I was the odd one out, LOL. So I took the challenge, got the flow template from my team, and got to work.
The Meta setup was confusing at first - but a little help from REJI MODIYIL at AutoChat® made it manageable. Fast forward one day - we had the first full version of the chatbot live. 🤯
I was fully expecting some sort of disaster. But AutoChat’s setup and drag-and-drop flow saved me big time. Thank you Reji for this feature!
Biggest reminder from this: You don’t have to “know everything” to start. Start first - figure it out on the way.
